There are many cases where the buyers have been charged for extra money considering the facing point in mind. If the house is facing club or if the house is facing North-East or if the house is facing Corner Plot then extra charges are asked from the buyers.

This building looks so good from outside, but the finishing of this place is very bad from inside. Cement in falling off at some places. There is a bad odor that comes from the pipelines and drainage system not being well maintained and good!

If you book a flat at this place you will be in constant anxiety and have a lot of worry because you could lose the roof over your head anytime because apparently they have built the complex in an area that was alloted for slum rehabilitation and you will be living here illegally!

Even after six years, the building has not been constructed! The builder is hardly taking any interest and there are few workers on the site so do not waste your money in this project because you are sure to regret it.
No non-agricultural land papers.

They showed us all the documents expect the non-agricultural declaration of land, which made us wonder whether the land is non-agricultural.
