I know at least 10 persons who have booked apartments in this project. Some of them are my colleagues, who I get to meet on daily basis. None of them gave me a positive review of the project when I was looking out to buy an apartment for myself.
One of these guys is trying to sell his 2BHK for more than a year, but, it is not getting sold. You can, as a genuine prospective buyer, guess why that is happening.
I bought at some other project, but, before making my final purchase decision, I did meet the MD of Raja Housing at their office and, for my own good, that person could not convince me to buy their apartment.
Another interesting point is that this is a rare project which has more apartments on sale than for rent. Checkout commonfloor site for the answer.
Advice: 5/4/3 Star reviews are fake. Look for 1/2 star reviews.
