I have been going through the reviews and am pretty much amused with the comments. There are reasons to be anguished but you cannot hold Raja Housing Ltd fully responsible for the same.,

But that should not be the only reason to be disappointed with them, unless few readers have bought their properties from them when the market was at its peak.

Mr.Narasimha Dev builder do not have any litigation in this cases only the land owner Share has issue.I Have a Flat in Raja Aristos Got Home Loan.

Latest updated regarding this litigation property. The builders and petitioners had made a petition for special leave to appeal no. 21115/2015 in the honorable supreme court. The supreme court had stayed the HC order on 03.08.2015. The case was again...heard by the honorable judges on 21.09.2015 and it dismissed the order.

The supreme court made the following order:

''We do not find any merit in the petition. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The trial court shall expedite the trial and the learned counsel appearing for the parties have assured this court that their counterparts appearing before the trial court shall extend their cooperation to the Court, so that the trial can be concluded at an early date.''

Please be cautious before buying any property from this builder. They have quite a reputation for dealing with such litigation properties and lands.
