Lot of areas covered with ghettos

Unfortunately due to majority of the areas covered with many parts of the cities filled with members of a minority group due to stressful economic conditions and also due to poor social background. There have also been a number of legal obligations against the minority types that live in these areas that are restricted from buying flats at higher rates.

Over-hyped place

They create a hype about everything just so that they can overcharge the buyers! The property was so expensive and the maintenance charges are also expensive because we are not getting the facilities and amenities that we paid for!

Pipes and drainage system are bad.

They are such renowned builders, yet they forgot something so basic which is to make sure that the pipes and drainage system are well done and we have had to face a lot of issues because of that.
