Rai Residency, Thane

I had a terrible experience with Rai Residency and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. I had booked a flat in Nisarg apartment with a token amount of Rs 11, 000, but unfortunately, some personal circumstances arose, and I had to cancel my booking.

When I reached out to the Rai Residency employee Anita to request a refund of my token amount, I faced a lot of difficulties. After much struggle, she informed me that they had a policy of not refunding amounts less than Rs 15, 000. This was extremely disappointing to hear, and it felt like they were more interested in keeping my money than in providing good customer service.

I believe that Rai Residency's refund policy is unfair and unethical, and I hope that others are aware of this issue before doing business with them. I strongly recommend against booking a flat with this company and advise potential customers to look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused builder.

Best location.

I never met builder himself anywhere.

But in this Project Ravi Rai(builder) met me and given the best price.

I went to the Rai Residency, Thane for the purpose of buying a flat and asked them about the flat rates, room size, location details, furnishing of rooms and that too whether the prices are negotiable in any ways. Without giving answers the manager told me that there are flats available but they said they won't be selling it to me.May be the are renowned for their classy constructions but odd behaviours with customers won't make their business grow.

I visited Rai Residency yesterday in order to buy a flat there. In order to see some information about this Residency eye contact an authorised person of Rai Residency he was very rude to me and did not answer my questions accordingly. The Constructions and all the flats of this Residency are extremely brilliant but the customer service and the way to talk with the customer is not so good. They don't behave well with the customers. This flag has a good location and also very good environment to live with. So anyone with a view to buy a new house for themselves should check Rai Residency Thane. But let me tell you that there customer service is extremely bad they will not entertain you.

The rai residency is a well known devloper in the kalyan east city they assure the coustomer to give them there lux flats my uncle have recently purshed 3bhk flat which is value for money the price rate are very much attractive and alsothe surronding area is well devloped it is near school st mary high school and also chetna school and it also have mall and all service near iy
