Beware!!! Don't buy property from Rai

I had a terrible experience with Rai Residency and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. I had booked a flat in Nisarg apartment with a token amount of Rs 11, 000, but unfortunately, some personal circumstances arose, and I had to cancel my booking.

When I reached out to the Rai Residency employee Anita to request a refund of my token amount, I faced a lot of difficulties. After much struggle, she informed me that they had a policy of not refunding amounts less than Rs 15, 000. This was extremely disappointing to hear, and it felt like they were more interested in keeping my money than in providing good customer service.

I believe that Rai Residency's refund policy is unfair and unethical, and I hope that others are aware of this issue before doing business with them. I strongly recommend against booking a flat with this company and advise potential customers to look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused builder.
