I recently registered my plot number 81 in Green Park, The project is well developed. I have got good appreciation on the site before my registration itself, I Recommend Rai Estates for anyone looking to purchase plots in Mysore their pricing is decent and are very transparent with legal issues.

I purchased my first plot with rai estates in 2012, In Paradise Enclave project at a price of Rs 700 per sft as promised Mr Rai delivered the plot within a year. I sold my plot as per his advice considering his advice at a price of 1800 in 2015 and booked three plots in their new project King City on Bannur Road at a similar price on installments.Now before the handover of my plots, the price has shot up too Rs 1200 I am very excited to sell these plots too after development.So my capital would have increased 5 times in the past 5 years.

I really recommend this developer for someone who is looking for starting thier career into real estate investment.

Till date, I have received very good appreciation for the projects of Rai Estates Mysore, Though there were some delays in the development of Green Park Project, the property was very well developed.I recommend this company to people who are planning to invest in Mysore they are trust worthy and reliable compared to other developers in the city.

Their installment facility makes it easier to buy the plots.
