Complete fraud by developer. He sold the plots mentioned RERA Registered Project in his booking form . Now after 1.5yrs says RERA is not registered. It has taken 40% and now not giving refund and delaying any solution. I will follow up with a LAW suit. Anyone who has been cheated by this developer and reach out for some collective action. Others stay away from projects of Raheja.
