Need an opinion about Radiant Shine

Review On Radiant Structures, Bangalore

I want to buy a flat in Radiant Shine from land owner's share. I would like to know the following facts:

1.Does the building have occupancy certificate for all floors including 3rd floor(where I want to buy one)?

2.Is the building on A Khata or B Khata?

Even though I have read quite a few -ve reviews here, we are aware that quality of construction is not the best in class but average, being a budget property.

Since I will be buying a ready to move house, there is no waiting period. I understand that delay in completion of the projection is one of the major complaint. I am aware that the amenities like gym & swimming pool are yet to be completed but we can manage.
