Worst service & Poor construction quality

If you all are thinking of buying a flat from this builder, please go for review comments for specific project Ist and then think. I recently bought a flat in Radiant Shine apartment and thinking now one of my g8 mistake and worst decision in my life. Quality of the project is too poor and lots of cracks.  Cement ratio is very less as compare to sand. there is uncertain delays of delivering  complete flat.

They say you take possession and side wise we complete the pending work. But there is a huge delay to complete the pending work. Some work you have to do from your pocket if you are not smart and do not force them to complete your work.
