There is no resale of these kind of Projects. For reference look into old proj constructed by this builder. Good location but low price.

Also feedback of quality of material is very poor

Again look into the reviews and personally visit place before buying. Low class builder huge risk.

Be careful before investing, blindly not go after less amount, think in this coslyst world why n why less rates.
