Horrible!!

If you all are thinking of buying a flat from this builder, please be very cautious & get ready to face uncertain delays. NO one gives a clear picture about when the final possession will be given & each one right from the MD to the site masons are ready to give you a personalized version of the reason for the delay. You get only false commitments from the site supervisors & the management. The quality is very very poor. You have to probably quit your job & stand there all the while to monitor the construction else you will end up getting a  house (if at all you get) with slanting lofts, bend switch boards, gaps between switchboard and the wall behind, big holes left unfilled, leaking taps, rain water coming through window shutters, cheap quality tiles, water seepage through walls, paint chipping out in a month, doors not fitted properly etc. etc.

Fully frustrated, you would call a meeting with the MD one fine day & he will kindly apologize & promise you a date when you'll get the  possession. You will return happily forgetting all the pain you had in the past & come back on the said date only to see the same skeleton you saw 6 months back.On top of this, you will get N number of excuses from everyone, like no labors, rainfall, Diwali holidays etc. Site In charge will not talk to you properly. Once you are booked, you are just treated like a beggar.

When inquired about the delay from the site in-charge, I got the below ans:

1. MD is an idiot. He would commit anything. We are not responsible for that.

   
   




2. Don’t ask me about the delay, I have no ans.

   
   




3. Don’t waste my time.

   
   




4. Mr X bought the flat before you. So he will get it earlier than you.(though both you & Mr. X paid the same amount, yes you never bribed the site in-charge)

   
   




5. I can't make the changes now, promised to you 1 year bk. The masons have forgotten to incorporate the changes you advised a yr bk. so KINDLY ADJUST.

   
   

And there are N number of other problems associated. Guys I am already suffering a lot. Please think 100 times before you book a house of your dreams in Radiant Grp. Your dreams may get shattered.
