Radhika Builders and developer provides worst qulaity of flats and Apartments in Indore .

The flats are FAR AWAY FROM STREET and we need to walk too much to get there.

The quality of the work is also not good.STRUCTURAL COMPINENTS ARE VERY WEAK .There are so many many cracks in wall and I found some seepage on the walls.

The vicinity is also not good.There are no garden and sports club .shops are also far away from flats and apartments.

COST OF FLATS ARE TOO HIGH.Dimension of the rooms are some time smaller than the plan it means that BUILDUP AREA IS LESS than the mentioned in plan.

FRONT ELEVATION IS NOT ELEGENT.It looks very simple and the rooms are also not arranged in vastu sastra point of view.

No proper space is available for parking .sometime people park thier vehicle outside the parking basement.

And most important point is that their INTERIOR IS NOT SUPIRIOR .Interior is very basic.

so it is not worth buying radhika builders flats or raw houses
