Pushpam Northville is a land granted by the government to SC/ST communities and was acquired by the company with incomplete documentation, indicating non-compliance with the government order. The insufficient documentation and conditional clauses pose a significant risk, as property agreements could be rendered null and void by the government for non-compliance of its conditions.

Upon seeking cancellation of the booking based on multiple legal advisories, we were informed that 50% of our advance payment would be forfeited, and the balance would be refunded in six monthly EMIs—terms that were not outlined in the'Cancellation Policy' provided in their welcome email.

The customer service is pathetic wherein the team doesn't have the required knowledge to respond to queries and no transparency-they do not respond to mails on time once the advance has been paid.
