We have been feeling cheated on layout- a green belt shown has now become sector road, no recreation facilities completed though handover of flats been done 18 months back- they gave already charged residents for this.

Highest maintenance - Rs 3 per sqft and no complaints attended unless reminded 3-4 times to helpdesk.Additional charges for common area electricity- which is part of common area maintenance. Electricity of residents disconnected despite their individual flat electricity was duly paid, we are forced to take legal action - matter is in court.

Builder is not even ready to talk to residents to resolve issues.
