The Place is very nice to buy, but the problems are

more than 1600 units at the same place, common wall. no proper arrangements for ventilation.

plan says that most of the flats will not get proper light.

Half of the project is inside the lower lands. Where when water gets drained, it will not get out of it.

There are other projects coming near. Like shriram and one more not sure.

They are much cheaper and better.

Other amenities costs are so high.

They say that there is an entrance in the BMIC road. But there is no plan in BMIC road for a service road there.

If the serice road comes then it should come into the Purva's project area.

MYADVICE is not to buy. The value of the apartment also is not increasing, for the past 8 months there is an increase of 100 rs per sqft.

Comments on Puravankara Builders - Bangalore Review

I booked a 3 BHK in the same project during Pre-Launch. Initially the sales guy told us about the price and after many discussions, he disclosed that if we want a car park that is extra 2.0L. No other go. So, we agreed for that. Also, the sales guy t...old us less on Maintenance deposit. When he bring the Agreement, it was high and asked him.. He just replied its same for all customers. 2ndly, they increased the SQFT from Pre-Launch to Launch. I agreed for that. Because he told me the Architect didn't count properly during Pre-Launch. I hope, after some time again they increased the common area (saw from web site). But so far, they didn’t ask me more money. In the middle of time, the made just many problems and once I planned to cancel my booking. They never think about the customers, just playing around. Past 1 year I am paying the EMI. I used to visit the place monthly one. It’s a huge project and progress is so slow.... many of my friends used to laugh at me..! I hope they should deliver within the agreement time and with the amities mentioned in the agreement. Before booking, we went with family and found the location is good. NICE road is near-by and there are many projects coming up and some good schools are coming up too. That is the only reason why we booked. I hope the investment will not go bad. But need to wait and see how they are going to deliver the project. The above is my personal experience and not to hurt anyone.  Read More

Some more from my side….The project has 1600 Flats.. Not 2000 Flats..! Your title shows ''Purva Highlands-High COST as of now ''.. but your message states only Rs.80 increased over 8 months..! How come this controversy? I hope, like me many buyers or...already booked peoples will be looking these posts... please try to post the real things..! I am not meant I am towards Purva. I am just a customer..! Who put a lot of money and worried for the same.  Read More
