I booked a flat to have a home just 3 month before marriage from Salesman Praful Kayal, Puraniks Pune. In first visit he promised possession on March2015.
At second visit with family, at the time of book, that liar changed only interior is pending, so possession will be on June/July2015!
Even after my marriage, that flat was not ready I had to stay in rental flat.
On Dec2015 I got onsite and, I asked to cancel and return my booking amount & partial Down payment(borrowed from Family Friend) as possession getting delayed.
These frauds started differently, Manisha salesgal insisting to retain with garantee of support.
Praful was telling to forget down payment & booking amount & is sold to somebody else, because it get 3-4 Lac appreciated due to their delay:P it was not completed till now!; project engineer Amrit Raj was telling possession will be on May 2016.! We communicated with Awaaz Pehredar, Lawyers Startup that take cases of consumer courts to National Consumer Court - with no fees on your lost money, but some 40-+10% on compensation from such Fraud Builders, Cheating Airlines.
