Bought a 2bhk flat in neral city in sect 4 in December 2018, and is not yet ready for possession.


Currently the construction is at Plinth level.


no response from Puraniks staff. they only contact you at time of payment.


Due delay in projects and bad reviews from customers, cost aprreciation is way too weak or better I would say negligible.


I would like to advice all better not to purchase in any projects of Puraniks.


kindly go though customer complaints of their pending projects.

Took all our money and just delaying the possession. The quality of work is so poor that you have to risk to stay in that flat.

Same with me I booked 1 BHK in neral city sector 2, till last year builder was claiming that possession will be in June 2023, now officially on their web site it mentioned possession on Dec 2023 for sector 1 & Sector 2. By doing this we are unessessa...ry paying pre EMI  Read More
