Hometown Project by Puranik Builders

Review On Puranik Builders, Mumbai

I am searching for a 2 bhk flat in Thane and already visited many projects here but not sure which one to invest in. I am coming across this problem that either the builders are not reputed increasing the risk of my investment or they are charging too much.

This other day I came across a ad named Hometown by puranik builders in thane. Since the builder is reputed one I decided to visit this site and found it good. They do have 2 bhk but the price is a bit above my budget. To talk about this project it is a good one and offers many amenities and the flat is also spacious. I like this project but still need suggestion whether I should increase my budget and go with this project.
