Delay in possession

Review On Puranik Builders, Mumbai

Never buy from Puranik Builders.,

They dont complete project on time and I have been doing follow ups since October 2013 for possession of flat I booked in Puranik City

They are not giving it and also not giving compensation for delayed possession.

Also they calculate wrong Service Tax, Wrong Stamp duty and I have had to pay extra for their mistake. They are yet to respond to my email for refunding for their mistakes.

IF YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY AND DONT WANT TO USE IT PROPERLY. THEN ONLY GO TO PURANIK BUILDERS.

It is better to give to temples / trusts than do business with Puranik Builders.

Customer service is very poor and their Executive Vijay Kadam threatens on phone that they are strong builders and consumers cannot do anything to them even if we complain to anyone.

There is high handed attitude and no amicable settlement anywhere.

DONT EVER WORK WITH PURANIK BUILDERS
