BAD EXPERIENCE with Puranik Builders Ltd.- My first home purchase was with Puranik builder who did not honor the flat agreement! Payment made for flat and one parking, but I got no parking for my flat even after payment of the entire amount. This has caused me huge inconvenience and financial and mental harassment!
