Very good developer and highly committed to commitments and customer . True philanthropist , saying as I have personally experiences it , just before covid he allowed some purchasers to stay in the building and literally took care of all 100 families by paying for all charges including electricity , daily maintenance and did not ask it back till covid was over . Here in the our society all owe him around 1.5 L each but no one ready to pay back after covid is gone . Now when he requested , some notorious Ill elements like Mr desai , Ghorpade have schemed not pay his dues and also tried to extort money from developer . Absolutely true . Real truth . Shame . I have cleared alone with some members . But I am happy customer and want such people in industry . Seriously. Hats off . Keep it Up Mr Pratik Patil . If u read this Do not be saddened by stupid people , glow grow be blessed . You are awesome . Keep building wonders :)
