PSYCHO OWNER ALERT

25A & 22A PS PANACHE, MB Block, Mahish Bathan, 700102

Want to share a very disturbing and humiliating incident that I came across. I am working for the top NBFC of our country and catering my services to the southern part of India. as a part of the promotion I am supposed to move to the eastern zone of India with the base location in Kolkata. soon when I got this confirmation I started my house hunt. I had a budget of 30~35k on rental basis per month.

i foraged around for flats across Kolkata.

Nevertheless, an interesting story began when I came across a house in the 25th floor, A Block of PS Panache, Mahish Bathan, Saltlake, Kolkata 700102 which is owned by a not at all gentleman, Dr Somen Baidya wo works in Apollo Gleneagles and her wife Soumya Baidya who is a dentist (not sure).

I personally visited the flat, Dr Somen Baidya's wife Mrs Soumya Baidya took me on a tour of the flat on the 30th April 2022, she mentioned that the house was vacated yesterday (29th April 2022) she agreed that the house will be given in ready condition to me including paint and fixtures. I liked the flat.

As per the conversation with Mrs. Soumya Vaidya(wife), the flat will be painted and cleaned before hand over to the next tenant (which was me) so I said I will be moving in by the 20th of May'2022. she accepted the same saying it will be done by that time, documentation should be finalised with her husband.

I made up my mind to go ahead with the property I spoke to the broker (Priya/Saddam) to talk to the owner and close the deal as i had to leave to my hometown for EID, we had a joint call with Somen, all the clauses were discussed and accepted and i was asked to share ID and employment docs and token advance of 35000rs.

I made the token deposit of 35000 on the 1st May'2022 also shared the my documents to Somen directly and I was supposed to shift on the 20th of May 2022.

Now the climax was 3 days back (9th may'2022), I message Somen requesting to paint the house in white colour ( as anyway new tenant is handed over a fresh house , and Soumya Baidya did say that the house will be handed over painted and cleaned) I requested the same so that the house look bright and there are more reflection in the house, also I requested him to share the size of the bed which he was supposed to give me with the flat as seen in the picture so that I can buy the mattress of the same size.

Unfortunately this psycho (Mr Somen Baidya) who is designated as a doctor and not worth even a penny with that role as doctor, said that you cannot request me for anything be it paint, sizes of the bed or any damn thing and i don't owe you an answer or explanation and he cancelled the deal then and there.

Now all you folks tell me, is this how we are supposed to be treated by owners when we are ready to pay 30000 rupees as a rent/month for a house (We ain't a peasant),

The owner is not even bother to put an air conditioner in Kolkata (where it is a must in a semi and fully furnished flat) also the house is at the top floor which is 25th.

As per my conclusion, owners like Somen Baidya and Soumya Baidya would be a doctor but are filthy and not reliable.

if somebody is being offered a house at 25A, PS Panache, owner Somen stays at 22nd floor A block same block. request you not to take that flat on rent or purchase. You will not know when will that psycho owner (Somen Baidya) who unfortunately is a doctor but with no traits and respect.

never take his flat on rent, i feel sorry for his paitients and patient's family.

My goods and households are on transit from Bangalore and Somen has cancelled my booking of the flat I had paid 35000 at such short notice just imagine at this moment I have no place.

What troubles me is he is a doctor and if he treats his tenant this way,

I am actually concerned about his paitents and their families.

ALSO A KIND URGE TO ALL RESPECTED PS PANACHE FLAT OWNERS, REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO IT.

SUCH CHEAP MINDSET OWNERS LIKE SOMEN (25A AND 22A, PS PANACHE) WILL ONLY RUIN YOUR SOCIETY IMAGE WHERE YOU HAVE DONE SUCH HUGE INVESTMENTS AND ALSO THE LOVE, ACCEPTABILITY AND HERITAGE OF THE CITY OF JOY WHICH SEEN FROM A SKEPTICAL EYE.

All Folks/intellectuals/tenant associations, request your guidance on filing a lawsuit on the owner.

I bought expensive commercial spaces for making a hospital at Qube New Town. I was never informed that we cannot display our Hospital name on the road face .After buying the property worth crores now I feel cheated . How can a Hospital run without its name displayed to the public? All the doctors who bought units in Qube are feeling frustrated.. PS group wants the building without any signage as if everyone will sit with a laptop in a dark room. IIf this is the scenario then PS group should not have sold any units to doctors at all. Situation is very frustrating. Loss of whole life’sincome.
