My uncle purchased flat inSrirangam Priya promotersPriya sudharsana . he was very much affected after booking this flat in early stage of construction . construction is not so good .the promoter nothanding over flaton time which leads topaying EMIfor my unclewhich is an extra burden . also some specifcationmentioned by myuncle in interior work wasnot done by the builder. Mr Francis proprietor of the concerninterested in recevingcustomer money only but never think ofcustomer needs .he never keep up his words .after paying full money we may to able to contact builder .they now doing a project in tiruvanaikoil .staff service also not so goodthey are not well behaved. my advice is notto buy flat in this concern . bettersearch for good one
