   This project in Dodda Thogur began in 2008 and still has not been completed. Chances are will not be completed till next 8 years.

   No boundary wall constructed by the builder, any tom dick and harry can come inside the compound.

   Construction quality is 3rd grade.

   Water will start seeping from walls as they have cracks everywhere which the builder will promise to get filled but will not as it is a permanent issue and cannot be solved by the builder.

   Builder has built illegal houses on top of the buildings which is not approved by BDA.

   No water connection in area, Only tanker is the source of water.

   The builder has shown an access from the last block of the project which is under dispute. The road has been blocked by locals and builder has not been able to get the issue resolved.

Prime city apartments and I would like to say thank to everyone at Prime city for the highly efficient manner in which my flat was handled. In particular we would like to make mention of the sales team who was absolutely outstanding not only in work but also to respond the all quires of customer. Nothing was ever, everything too much trouble no matter how important or trivial the request was.

This is my first project with Prime city and I can honestly say that whilst the previous block was okay, other blocks had great improvement in all things like in quality etc. I have recommended to all of you and other people who are buying the home in Bangalore. I never hesitate to recommend this builder to my friends and family.

I visited this primecity apartment few days back. from top to bottom marketing fellow told me about all wrong facilities and construction quality. first of all construction quality is very bad. luckily I got chance to meet one of the person who is staying there from quite long time. when I asked him about his experience, I came to know the truth which new person will not find out when he/she is visiting to this construction for the first time. First thing he told was there is big water problem. building is constructed few months before only and they started getting water problem. and builder is not taking responsibility to this problem though they had used most of the bore water to construct other block/apartment next to this block.  whereas marketing guys says there is ample amount of water underneath of land. so its all FAKE. then he took me to his house and showed me the CRACK in the WALLS, LEAKAGE problem, and their construction quality from bathroom to his kitchen. he was telling he was fooled by marketing guys by saying all false promises.

I was really surprised with his kindness. then I told him that why dont he go to consumer court and file case against these people. then he said from outside they are looking very kind but he has heard from other flat owners that they(one of marketing guy) were in rowdy before so, if he try to do such things then he may get threatening like few other flat owners have already got and his life may become more miserable. so he is keeping quiet and suffering silently. better to check with flat owners before you take further step about this construction that too you should meet flat owner personally not when marketing guys are around. now I have dropped my plan to book flat in that apartment after investigating more about this apartment. so beware guys before you get into such builders.

I have bought new flat in prime city few months before and got possession after fight with all people who are related with this stupid building construction. Marketing agent, Plumber, Painter, Carpenter, Supervisor to person who does tile fixing.

Marketing people will fool buyer by saying wrong date of possession and ask you to do booking and sale agreement. once you completed your sale agreement then you are trapped in first level of net. then they will ask to do registration and once you did then you become part of them. I mean you will become supervisor for your flat:). because if you don't do supervisor work then u will not get possession ever. run behind all people like Agent to tiles fixing people to do work in your flat.

make 100s of calls every day. visit your flat on regular basis to make sure that some work is going on in your flat. Once you got the possession then real story will start, then you will find how BAD QUALITY OF WORK THEY HAVE DONE, DOORS are not properly fit, Tile will shake when u walk on then, Some or other wall have leakage, Bathroom TAB gets loose after few uses, Crack in wall are showing up, Water problem. I AM BIG SUFFERER of this builder. Marketing agents are very very good at trapping people to buy this flat and after THAT CHASE will start.

Never ever buy flats here. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW REAL TRUTH ABOUT THESE PEOPLE THEN VISIT TO CONSTRUCTED BUILDINGS IN MARKETING AGENT'S ABSENT(Because people staying there may not be open to speak in presence of them) ON WEEKENDS SO THAT YOU WILL FIND MANY PEOPLE AT HOME. BE CAREFUL GUYS. DON'T WASTE YOU HARD MONEY AT WRONG PLACE. GOOD LUCK FOR YOUR HOME SEARCH.
