Realtime experience with these arrogant, ignorant, shameless, frauds and rowdies. Staff is totally illiterate and full of idiots.

One of the fraudulent builders in the whole city. Every venture they come up is with litigations and totally illegal.

They will promise you good roads, club house, parks and alot of amenities before buying plot/villa and these promises will never be fulfilled. Later you find out that these club house land and park lands and other amenities lands are sold to customers as plots. Upon confronting they will behave like rowdies and threaten you.

It is my ongoing experience with these frauds in one of their townships. We are suffering a lot and none of the people from these so called builders are responding or coming up to help us. I feel like living in a pathetic jungle with no security, no connecting roads, no inner roads and no proper infrastructure and also the quality of construction is poorer than of mud houses.

If anyone is looking for investment or for living in peaceful community/township then these builders are not a right choice. Better save some more and go for other builders who are far far better than these frauds.

God is watching them and they will surely burn in hell.

Few years back I have purchased a plot in pride India's the empire venture at a price of 4000 per sqyds. Now the value is 17000 per sqyds. My plot is registered and I have got LRS approval also. Good company to invest.

This Pride India builders(based in hyderabad) is selling litigant properties in a lower price, so please stay away from this big sharks who eats' off your hard earned money. most of there projects are demolished by municipal / MRO office due to non-compliance.I personally had a bad experience with this pride india builders and got tangle after buying plot in there litigant project and I sold the plot after 2 years with value lower than purchase price.

The plots cannot be registered in any Sub-Registrar Office.
