I shifted to "Pride Pristine" six months back and to my

experience the existing few feed backs on mouth shut is just an emotional outburst more than

anything else.

I will try to list down with pros and cons of going in a

deal with Pride group.

Pros:

  • Quality of construction, its much much better than what

local Bangalore builders are providing, materials and fittings used are best

brands in the market.Go check for yourself.

  • Open space, the amount of open space is better than what

other local builders are providing.

  • Facilities like 1kv generator backup per flat extra are

coming up as promised.

Cons:

  • Need to be careful about what the sales guy is saying and

what the documents say, get as many details in document so that you exactly know

what you are buying.(I guess this is true with most

builders)

  • Try to change plans here and there within the

framework.

  • Might be 3-4 months delay from documented date of

delivery. Can't rely on word of mouth for extended date of delivery, reach their

office and get it in a mail or document.

I even have heard a story for one of the pruvankara

projects where there was no bescom connection for almost 5 months of getting

possession, you just need to keep your eyes open before you buy anything.

I think Pride is at least better than, Ittina, Kristal and

local builders like Jaibhuvan etc(Personal opinion, people might have found

Kristal good).

Will give an over all of 3-3.5 of 5 for

Pride
