Challenges even with tier 1 builder

Review On Prestige Group, Bangalore

I bought a flat at Prestige 5 years ago. Still waiting for delivery.

The buyer group have been having meetings for 2 years but Builder is not honoring the agreement.

Most of the real estate agreements are written in favor of builders. It is very difficult to prove anything in courts. Buying a house, when housing price have been hitting the limits of buyers affordability, does not make a whole lot of sense.
