I wonder how come this company is still surviving!! Dealing with them is like the worst nightmare ever! Booked our first property in 2014 in corridor exotica and the building is still under construction! All they communicate is for money! It's absolutely impossible to approach some sensible & responsible employees. Customs can only interact with total nonsense receptionist with zero communication skills & knowledge. No development or maintenance since past 6 years. Highly unprofessional attitude! My hard-earned money is wasted in paying EMI's for this flat whose value has actually depricieted over the years. Infact instead of increase in number of residents in the society. People are vacating due to lack of basic facilities like road, electricity, cleaning etc. The builder has failed to deliver even the single service as per the promise. Pls beware of such frauds.

Hi all,

We have booked Row houses in May-2013 and after chasing a lot we have got the possession of row house in Jan-2020 after 7 yrs of struggle and that is also not up to mark means very very poor quality of construction, many air cracks on each and every walls, entire terrace if full of big cracks, seepage issue in all bedrooms, hall and lobby area, no security, no approach road from main get to reach row houses, no street lights, no boundary wall, no proper arrangement of water supply, dirty water tanks.

Means it's one of biggest worst developer of Indore to whom you can trust because from top to bottom entire group members are well experts telling lie each and every time and give you non-seance excuse, unreliable, highly unprofessional behavior and not a value for money property.

It's really a waste of your hard earn money and waste of time so please stay away from Premshree group Builder.

Please pass this message to more people so that they will be safe and will not buy neither Flats nor Row houses because once you get possession of incomplete house after that you are not going to get any good service neither goodmaintenance nor safety of your family and builder always ask you to pay for money sometimes for maintenance so some time for any different reason. Builder is always ready to ask money from us but never ever have to complete the work and ready for lame excuses.

Booked almost 5-6 years ago. They are not giving possession . Work too is still not finished(some work is pending e.g. painting etc.)

I booked two flats in 2015 that were to be delivered within 2 yrs. I was chased down for the Booking amount and investors obligation(20%) within a month. The story for them ends there and the dilemma for me begins. We are in mid 2019 and the excavation work hasn't begun nor are they returning my money. False committments, several stories and helplessness.

Highly unprofessional, unethical and cunning in their approach towards their customers.

Apart from heavy delays, ne never assisted in any work, and mind you, after some time they stop receiving your calls as well.

I totally regret purchasing a property from them.

Hi All,

Its my humble request to stay away from this PREMSHREE BUILDER. They are biggest liar and fraud. I booked a flat in F-block in CORRIDOR EXOTICA on Oct 2014 with the commitment of getting possession by 2016 Oct.

Its been 5 years have passed, still struggling to get the possession of my flat, since every time they are giving lame excuses. Whenever I approach/call them, they are ready with their lame excuses. They are keep on telling we will give on next holi, then diwali, then within 6 months, then 3 months.

Last year 2018, before diwali I called them, she(Rajeswari) told we wiil give you the flat possession on diwali. When I called her on diwali for possesion. She told its not ready, it will take 3 more months for the completion. Today I called her again, she told it is not ready, sir surely we will provide your flat on june 2019.

All premshree employee are expert in giving false/lame execuses. Since they are not giving me the possession of my flat, I am unable to claim tax benefit under 24b for the interesrt I paid on home Loan.

Stay away from PREMSHREE BUILDER. Because of their good reputation in past I opted for them. Now I repent for opting for PREMSHREE BUILDER when there was many other cheap options were available. Because of their delay I have to bear huge loss in TAX which I am not able to save unless & untill there is no possession of flat.
