Delay of 5 years in giving possession of Flat

Hi All,

Its my humble request to stay away from this PREMSHREE BUILDER. They are biggest liar and fraud. I booked a flat in F-block in CORRIDOR EXOTICA on Oct 2014 with the commitment of getting possession by 2016 Oct.

Its been 5 years have passed, still struggling to get the possession of my flat, since every time they are giving lame excuses. Whenever I approach/call them, they are ready with their lame excuses. They are keep on telling we will give on next holi, then diwali, then within 6 months, then 3 months.

Last year 2018, before diwali I called them, she(Rajeswari) told we wiil give you the flat possession on diwali. When I called her on diwali for possesion. She told its not ready, it will take 3 more months for the completion. Today I called her again, she told it is not ready, sir surely we will provide your flat on june 2019.

All premshree employee are expert in giving false/lame execuses. Since they are not giving me the possession of my flat, I am unable to claim tax benefit under 24b for the interesrt I paid on home Loan.

Stay away from PREMSHREE BUILDER. Because of their good reputation in past I opted for them. Now I repent for opting for PREMSHREE BUILDER when there was many other cheap options were available. Because of their delay I have to bear huge loss in TAX which I am not able to save unless & untill there is no possession of flat.
