Hi all,

We have booked Row houses in May-2013 and after chasing a lot we have got the possession of row house in Jan-2020 after 7 yrs of struggle and that is also not up to mark means very very poor quality of construction, many air cracks on each and every walls, entire terrace if full of big cracks, seepage issue in all bedrooms, hall and lobby area, no security, no approach road from main get to reach row houses, no street lights, no boundary wall, no proper arrangement of water supply, dirty water tanks.

Means it's one of biggest worst developer of Indore to whom you can trust because from top to bottom entire group members are well experts telling lie each and every time and give you non-seance excuse, unreliable, highly unprofessional behavior and not a value for money property.

It's really a waste of your hard earn money and waste of time so please stay away from Premshree group Builder.

Please pass this message to more people so that they will be safe and will not buy neither Flats nor Row houses because once you get possession of incomplete house after that you are not going to get any good service neither good maintenance nor safety of your family and builder always ask you to pay for money sometimes for maintenance so some time for any different reason. Builder is always ready to ask money from us but never ever have to complete the work and ready for lame excuses.
