I would like to write a review about this builders. The way of approach to the customers are apprieciable. I had been here for about 6 months.

The staffs are very helpful and understanding our problems. But the only one thing which I didn't like was it's maintainance. The rooms are not well maintained and we can see some dirt on the floor and wall.

They are not painted the walls properly. Some times don't get sufficient water for our needs. The management is not pretty much for considering customers satisfaction.

The rate is high when comparing to other apartments. Should need more improvements for the customers satisfaction. I won't recommend this apartment for others.

These builders are good in their work they are Experienced Guys too work they work hard and complete task in very little time I like them and they are in our budget range so contact them if you have any work for them their work is very Attractive beautiful nice and well-established thanks guys for doing my work like yours

They are best builders in each and every manner because they are dealing with us very nicely and doing their work efficiently .

The customer service is jst awesome and very good and the suport and solving the customers problems is their priority.

Staff is so hard working and well behaved.They are so good in doing their work honestly.They were true to their work.As well as the behaviour is awesome.

The main thing is the project implmentation.

The work they are doing is so fast and so good.

Awesome.

I hate this builders now a days. They are just cheating peoples now a days. Worst things are happening with peoples this builders take the money and they do not allot them house also. So now a days you should be beware before investing in this property premises. This builders will take your money and then they run away with your money.

Excellent building and premises supplier. One of my cousin has taken one flate from them last year at Navi Mumbai. They has so many facilities. Good finance system. Excellent building concept. They are one of the top builder in my opinion.

Also I heard from my cousin that they are financing at a low interest rate than others. So in my opinion that I supervise my well wishers and all the people of India if you want to take flats or if you are in a confusion that whether J K Builder or not I suggest them you can blindly select them.
