The Promoter has failed in all aspects in the project.

The maintainence service, quality of water supplied is pathethic.

Several complaints have been made to the promoter but he has not done anything.

The green area has been converted into illegal parking and being sold.

The condition of the OTIS lift installed is hopeless.The lift has a free fall every now and then and the residents are left to the mercy of God.

Feel cheated by buying in this project.

Current market conditions are never in favour of the price rates that form the basis of all kinds of requirement. Feasibility is the main bottleneck of all the graving situations. Many projects are not timely delivered.

There are no signs of them starting the project although it has been 7 years! They have good connections and can get away with it so we have lost all hopes of getting the property!

Since there is a pipeline of a long list of inventories that is remaining unsold, it has been seen that most of the inventory stock has been lying unsold by the developers since they have been unable to launch new projects as the old ones have not yet been sold.

There are 10 years of unanswered emails and calls. Once you book a house with them, they do not care about returning your calls and emails back.

Their 2 BHK houses have a carpet area of 1 BHK yet their prices are not low and this is what got me to not buy a house with them.

Since Mumbai is soon turning out to be densely populated by the big names in the Bollywood and the Film Industries and also by some of the richest people in the world, more and more land that is very pricey goes in the construction of those villa and bungalows. This leads to many other houses been expensive in the nearby areas.

Prasad Group are builders based in kolkata who have constructed complexes in kolkata. The quality of work is not good.

They have constucted a complex around 3 4 years back and the material used is very poor. The seal has come from various places which is destroying the rooms and also the colour. The cement is been seen which has also ruined the looks of the rooms. Moreover the money spent by the residents are also being wasted as they have to re decorate to room.

Also the material used in sand instead of cement so when one wants to put a nail to fix any frame there is no support. The carpenters Try hard but they are finding it difficult too. Also the sanitary wares and other things are to be changed in order to use them.

During earthquakes which are so frequent these days it is really risky and some small cracks ready visible.

They are newly constructing another complex which they claim to be earthquale resistant but it is highly doubtful.

I would not recommend these builders as there is a lot of investment plus other costs extra involved in replacing things.
