It is horrible experiences we faced last one year with santhanam builder. Purposefully he blocked the roads for many days. After so many hurdles on the way, if we feel which gate to enter who closed what gate is very bad experience.
Santhanam builder who can harrass us for no reason.
This is the time all our Association has to work only for our common benefit. There are many middle class people bought house here completely believing narendra garu. Even I paid entire amount to builder in 9 months what ever problems I have.
When they bought land in bulk it will not cost them much and the construction is important cost to builder.
As per competition Act, any builder cannot show any coloury picture and cheat buyers. It is not club house that is costly. But it is the land which is more costly.
Atleast at this point association has to meet a good lawyer and have every thing to get written, instead of meeting Minutes which builder is giving least importance. We have to pay our home loans for next 15 years and we are paying home loan interests too.
They worked day and night including sundays while collecting money from us now no response to any problem.
We are not somuch busy that we have no time to come for voting of every important problem of our society. E- Voting and unknown meetings seems to be so funny.
Narendra Garu, as a person, who came from middle class will surely give respect to our hard earned money. Have a meeting with all residents including narendra, surely we will get solution.
