They project themselves to be as big as Prestige or Brigade but are cheap, low class goons who threaten you at every stage. Once you invest you are locked and will not be able to step out. They are only interested in extracting money in one form or another. They will not allow you to change a single legal clause and all their clauses will only favor them and not the buyer. They will have a illegal floor in every project mandatorily irrespective of promising at a preconstruction phase that only legal floors will be built as approved by the authorities. They never deliver anything on time and if you question they threaten you of having your property vacated. One of the worst builders to be associated with and I will never recommend their projects to anyone.

And by the way if you compare your final investment in their projects, it will equate to any of the Prestige/Brigade/ Salarpuria projects which are much better in terms of amenities and are hassle free too. Reconsider before you invest as it is your lifetime savings.

This builder has a variety of projects in Banashankari Bangalore , Good location . And a very good response and behaviour of their team , Explain clearly all doubts we have and fully satisfied with their product . We have buiyed one 3 Brresidential flat in moon stone .
