On outside they appear very nice and polite, but lack a lot at professional front. They are poor in their financial dealings, will not give you what they owe you. They will not keep to their promise. Beware in any financial or money dealings with them. They will take what you owe them but will not return to you what they owe you! They make a show of generosity by keeping sweets and chocolates at their shop and distributing it to poor children. The goodness ends there. If you happen to be a broker, beware because they will not give you the promised commission if you refer some genuine case to them Avoid any dealings with them. Do not be carried away by their talk.it might be an eyewash or brainwash

A friend recommended me Popular Estate Agent in sher e punjab colony Andheri east as I was looking for a flat on rent in the same area.

The agent is a sweet talker and will con you easily if you are not smart enough.

Well coming to my experience, the agent showed me a 1 BHK flat in kamlesh society on the  5th floor.

I was okay with the flat and asked him to negotiate with the rent and deposit. The agent promised me a rent of 20000 and a deposit of 1 lac. I agreed on the amount moved my stuff. later the agent demanded a 2 percent commission! It came as a shock to me. This was not told to me in advance I was under the impression that the rent would include his fees.

however he would let me move in untill I gave all the money. I argued a lot with him but he was just not ready to listen!

Not just this, he then also gave me more bad news that there were a few repairs in plumbing and electrical things and I woulld have to pay for those as well.

This popular agent is such a fraud I tell you! made my life hell! I was totally disgusted! I do NOT recommend this agency to anyone! I suggest you do an online search for flats on rent and also sale. Never go to Popular estate aagent.
