A couple of months back we have booked a 1 bhk flat at platinum livanio kamothe sec 35. This group has really been good for us. My dream was to take a flat in platinum I could achieve it. Area is 500sq m and we took the flat for 51 lakhs. Its so costly as it has a well fletched gym and garden inside the premises with lots of place for parking and playing as well. This is one of the reliable groups. The building is just 5 mins away from station. There are many well known restaurants near by the building also market place is also near. This area is developing very fast. The customer service was quick of this group as we or our work was not delayed.
