Fake promises for 2 year maintenance free

Since the location is nearby to the railway line and metro lines, there needs to be an effective procedure for getting new projects in pipeline for the purpose of flat and residential compartments build up and development.

It is horrible living in this place because there is so much pollution and noise that is created by this building being near the railway station. It is difficult to get any work done and sleep in the night.

Bad construction quality.

The building looks good only from outside but when you stay here you know about the problems in the internal construction of the building. It is so bad that during the rains there is water dripping from the room of our apartments and there are cracks all over.
