Maitri Planet - Their Awesome project in Kharghar

I really like Navi Mumbai especially because the systematic way it has been designed and the cleanliness maintained in Navi Mumbai, In navi mumbai I like Kharghar very much and is a very good residential locality with very good crowd.

I was planning to buy a flat in Kharghar last year, I did a bit of research on the ongoing projects in Kharghar area with possession in 1 year. I shortlisted a few projects out of all short listed options I just loved the project Maitri Planet by Planet developers, its located in a very prime location, it has got all basic amenities like power back up and lifts with parking for each flat. They have designed their flats in a very good manner with minimum wastage of space and maximum utilization.

The ventilation is also very good and I got a vaastu compliant flat, they also had a sample flat ready. Planet builders are also very reliable and have a good history. Their construction quality is good and loading factor is also less.
