It is a horrible experience with this builder, no water, no maintenace and construction quality very poor.

If you do not have any problems in life and want one, buy a home with this builder. By far my life's worst decision. It is one hell of a experience with this builder.

Everyday is a challenge here. Waking up with problems and again sleeping with the same tension.

Lifts are of worst condition, leakage problems in both house and also in common areas.

Completion pending for more than 6 years.

I have visited the pinnacle group of constructions building in pune at tilk road, the building is build in very little space and also the construction is not well planed the lift available at very unlocated location no one can guess where is the lift, also there is no parking area provided at the ground floor of the building.

I am not happy with the construction of the building also the maintenance is not conducted by the constructor very bad experience.

I had a very bad experience booking the flat in cottage close project. unacceptable service and delay in construction for the Pinnacle group Cottage Close site. Following the agreement, which we signed in January, we were promised possession of Flat within 20 days. after that again we were promised possession in march and then in the mid of April. However this has clearly not been the case, and over three months later, the work is yet to be completed. I have visited the flat on numerous occasions and have seen little to no progress in the construction work or cleanliness of the flat and site.

I am extremely upset with there service, and in particular the lack of communication and feedback from there end. I have called the site manager many times, but rarely get a reply or response from him or anyone else.these people don't even bother to reply or receive the call from customers, During booking I use to get 1000 of calls, but once all the payment is done and flat is booked no one responds, It is unacceptable for my phone calls to be avoided. As well as this, a few weeks ago, I stressed that I needed the flat keys urgently in order to organise the flat pooja on gudipadwa, as my relatives traveled specially for that. I was informed that within 1 week the flat would be cleaned and ready, however I visited the site a week later and found that nothing had been done. This is completely unacceptable.

The work and promises of completion from them are constantly being extended and it's unprofessional and inconvenient to make statements and promises to the clients which don't prove to be true. if u are looking forward to book a flat with pinnacle group than please dont expect honest and realistic date for possession untill the flat gets ready.

From looking at the site and flat, it seems that construction won't be completed until next year, which is ridiculous, as we were promised possession almost six months ago.

I have dropped the same message via mail to there customer care support but they too don't even reply. its a total waste of money, time and energy. I already wasted mine but hope this blog will save some one else. goodluck
