This property is built on an area that was reserved for slum rehabilitation, so we could have people from the slums coming and living with us in the building! We were not told of any such thing before and as members who have paid so much for the house; we deserved to know beforehand!

Traumatic Experience

We have been stuck in a horrible situation of delayed possession and we feel stressed and worried for no fault of ours! My family and I have been through such a traumatic time because of these builders and their lack of commitment to a project after taking away our hard-earned money!

Possession delayed.

Our possession has been delayed since quite a while and when we call the customer service regarding this issue, they have the nerve to tell us to chill. They say when it is done, we will know. This is not a small delay, it has been quite a while and when we have invested so much, it is natural that we want to know the details. Rather than assuring us, they made us feel like we are paranoid.

Attempts to push sales

The ticket sizes have been very effectively reduced down, especially for the new launches. The developers have been offering lower sizes for the apartment sizes. These sizes are further reduces with an attempt to reduce the unit sizes of the apartments.
