Hai friends sharing my experience with peramgroup I like Peramgroup Developers.Because of Few days back I Have seen all peramgroup ventures.but aditya grand I Like that project compare to oher projects Very good place to live and with nice environment. free pollution area.this project located near city. It is very good place to construct an individual house. I highly recommend people to choose peramgroup.Thank you peramgroup.

I recently visited peramgroup and very much impressed with the development and decided to buy the plot. They have provided me the cab to visit the site and the executive is very professional and informed every thing about the project. He patiently explained all the queries asked by me. After that I visited the office for the negotiations regarding the price. The office staff was courteous. Initially I interacted with the Marketing executives He was very polite and have explained me every thing related the project. finally I booked the plot finally I booked the plot in Aditya Grand elite.

I had purchased a plot in Aditya lahari back in the last month, I had received a registration number also. However since then I am waiting for my documents.

I am clueless why the delay in handing over the documents. I had done 100% aishwaryasingh23ment. my details mentioned below. I was about to purchase another plot in Peram group but due to delayed processing I am losing confidence.

Kindly speed up the and hand over the plot documents ASAP.

Plot 39, Aditya lahari.

Purchased through Srinagar Gajuwaka branch of Peram group.

Total Amount paid: 9.6 lacs INR

Reg. Amount: 4 lacs.

I registered a complaint to peram tech support team. They responded quickly and they resolved my issue on second day after the registration of my complaint. My wife received all the documents from Peram Grop office,

Peram Group all Project Sites Are Excellent When Compared To other the layout established by them is more greeny area And Good amenitys Provided to Customers Toll free number also availble for customers

the owner do not compromise on the quality of the material in the purpose of construction.

customer service is very good in this project works. Staff is very cooperative and the owner himself is very good.
