They have made it a joke of our investments in one of their projects Aamby City at Hoskote, Bangalore. The so called promoters Hari Babu and Rajagopal have not only delayed the development of the project, but have been conveniently ignoring our follow ups. This is a serious case of pure misrepresentation of intentions. Please stay away from this group of so called developer's.

Fraudulent group. More than 5 year that I booked my plot at peram group and the project is not complete yet. They don't accept call from older customers any more who ask for development status. Stay away and don't fall for the trap.

This group(PERUM) is not at all trustworthy. I purchased a plot in their much acclaimed dream project Aamby City in Hoskote, Bangalore. They promised everything under the sun and charged premium prices compared to the other properties around. I trusted the builder as Perum Haribabu the head of the group as he was running multiple projects and his ambition in politics may result in meeting the commitments. To our surprise the project got stalled and the promoters and senior folks went missing! Most of the buyers made repeated efforts to reach them but all efforts went in vein as we couldn't speak to them. The project was launched way back in 2013-14 as per the promise all amenities should have completed in 3yrs and clubhouse to be functional in this year. I haven't got my e-khata though I have paid for all documentation and related services. I met a couple of their sales folks in the layout but they too are in the dark as much as the buyers when it comes to the the development of the property. Perum group has projects in cities such as Tirupati, Bangalore, Vizag etc and I request potential investors to be aware of the builders interests and commitment before investing do that you need not end up writing this kind of review in the public forum.

While sell the Plots in Peram Aditya Royal they said will provide the best facilities in the industry for HMDA layout. So I purchased the plot when I visted last week I saw there was "No GATE, No Street Lights, No Boundary Walls for the venture". They promised lot more than these things but they did not even provide the basic things in the HMDA layout. Even their sales persons are also very rude Now they say that plot prices are appreciated why do you want other things.

PERAM Management we have put our hard earned money into it because of belief that you will be providing promised facilities and we could fetch good returns or build our homes. But you cheated on your customers.

Instead of putting so much money into advertising why dont you put the same money into providing a good product to the customers and build a reputation on it. Instead of being a CON artist.

Will start an awareness campaign about PERAM ventures so that public is not cheated by you guys.

Booked a plot in Aditya Pride 2 Hyderabad. They neither mention the terms and conditions on the application nor they tell you.

At first they said that there wont be any cancellation charges but when I went for cancellation they charged me 30% of the booking amount.

When I asked them why they were charging me they said the cancellation charges are implicit and will not be told upfront.

All the guys there are cheaters and they don't even give the contact numbers of their Managers.

At first they talk very nicely and at they end they show their true colours and doesn't care about you

So people be aware of these fraudsters before even thinking of them.

Worst Experience with PERAM group

Hi All,

We faced worsr exxperience in booking PLOT in MAGNUM OPUS Phase2. Almost an year is gone by and we paid 30% booking amount. No repsonse to calls, no update if the venture got LP number or not. No body received your calls.

Looks like BIG FRUAD company and they are using our money for free of interest in investing in something.

I stronlgy recommend all to avoid PERAM group ventures.

Dont get cheated by their nice words and office buidings.

Akshita II Survey 426 is in Court Stay

I have been Cheated by Peram by making me to book plot 201 in Akshita II. But the survey numbers are listed under prohibited as per government. Especially 426 Survey number is still in court stay.

Coming to Staff not at all transparent and genuine. I did work with Marketing persons Mahesh Mantena and Ashok, I lot trust on the company. All documents they want to be in favor to them. I cancelled plot and asked for refund my money. Initially they said refund process takes 7 to 10 days, now CRM team is saying 20 days that too not confirmed yet.

05/24 Update:

Finally I found Uday from CRM team whom you can trust, I got my refund 100% on time without any issues.

I have been told that these two survey numbers 426 and 436 or in the buffer area of layout but not with plots area hence will not be any issue.

Very bad experience. Initially told all documents will be provided for bank loan and after paying 30 percent amount even agreement copy is not given. Told registration would be done in first week of February 2019

and asked to pay amount. After paying they are showing their true colours now. It's been more than four months since amount is paid. They are diverting to make us choose from other layout's instead of DLF garden city telling some excuses. They talk politely till they trap you to make payments and too late come out of their trap. Looks like another big scam is getting ready to be out. They are just posponing things by saying childish excuses. They stopped answering calls.

We have paid token amount of Rs.2, 30, 000 for plot in Peram Aditya Adhyata Phase I, unfortunately we have dropped for personal reasons and ask him to arrange refund. But their charging me 20% on amount as cancellation fee for refund. Which is unfair. Please check rules and regulations before signing or paying any token fee.

Hi friends today I would like to share my own experience about Peram group developer in Hyderabad. Recently our family shifted Mumbai to Hyderabad. I am looking for plot, I have seen in newspaper about peram group real estate company and went to their office and also visited venture sites, I have seen all plots there and I feel really awesome and beautiful place too. All the good things are available there, like fresh air area, clean and neat area with parks too. The customer service was really superb they told us everything about the plots. Peram group having small and big size plots as per customers requirement. Plots made according to vastu is the another advantage to the customers, I like it.

Customer Service: They had plot visit feature its good service they arranged pick and drop for me.

Staff: The staff is good they explain me very well about peram group and development features.

The development features consists of parks, electricity facility, security staff, good parking space, play ground, walking field. Many more services are available there finally I purchased a plot in Akshitha.

So in my opinion if you are thinking to buy a plot then you should go for it. thank you.

Hai friends sharing my experience with peram group perfect individual community for housing.recently got a job in mnc company hyderabad and we are shifted to hyderabad has to shift to this location, we thought of buying a plot and I am started searching for a good community. one of our mutual friend suggested us about peram group and we checked everything with them. happy to buy our dream home here and I can say this is the appreciable service. price is very reasonable, affordable and reliable. happy that you became our first and last choice. even the concept and plot designing is also awesome. and those incredible amenities added value. we are very much satisfied with the children area that help us to relieve. can get transportation to anywhere in city. very near to our office too. thanks for all these facilities.you guys helped us for this.such a nice infrastructure. you helped us in balancing our busy life and nature's touch which is very important these days.this venture is highly standardized and outstanding plan it is. highly secured and it has 247 hospitality.
Land is good, but people are BAD

Investing in Land and believing in the person selling the land is a hand-in-hand approach. Looking at Peram's brand and Marketing executives(Brokers / Agents / Commission workers) boast themselves as Cheifs and Directors, misleads the buyers.

They sell even a Non-LP land and Non-purchased lands. ie., they sell lands first and then purchase(with the 30% amount you paid). Also, they take amount from you for "Development" and "Develop" the land with your money only. So, they are working with 0 capital!

After a many research, I chose peram group company to buy a plot. I bought a plot in their peram aditya royal project which was located in nandigama. Before purchased the plot, there is a good conversation with them. They are clearly explained about the process, payment, facilities and benefits. After that only I bought it.
