Bought plot with peninsula 10years back promising lot of glory. In turn we got nothing but just plots without promised amenities. Now we are in a situation where we cannot use the land for construction as the promised water, electricity etc not provided by builder and also the land is not maintained. I would never recommend such unprofessional team.

How to Fool Customers , the best place to learn is from Peninsula infra . What started as an ambitious housing project is now a bush field which is turning into a mini zoo for reptiles. The entire belt is developing and hope this place does not turn into a dumping yard of garbages

Had worst experience with peninsula builders as they have collected 3 years maintenance in advance and nothing they are maintaining neither they are providing the amenities what they have committed.They didn't even bother to complete the compound wall which was in half way at the time of selling.still on the same condition.

Even I would like to add vciti also who are just a broker so never fall into words of these companies.They will conduct webinar and will present like they are going to take care everything but once sold they will never reply..so beware of these kind of frauds

I had a terrible experience with Peninsula Pine Wood. The plot I purchased remains dormant land, despite their grand promises. They constantly give you the runaround, causing frustration and tears without resolving anything. They have not given any of the basic amenities like electricity, stp and water connection as promised Avoid getting trapped by Peninsula Infra. Be very cautious before buying anything from them

We purchased plot in their pinewood. They promised club house in addition to all utilities like power, stp, water etc. We got cheated as even basic facilities are not provided and he is avoiding the plot owners now.

Pathetic experience. Purchased a plot in Peninsula pine wood in 2012. Till today it is just a dormant land. They promise all big big and in reality they dont give anything. They will make you move from pillar to post and make you cry and they do nothing. Bunch of arrogant people.good in false promise. Never fall in trap of the peninsula infra. Be very careful before buying anything from Peninsula
