Patel Group and Company, Kalyan

I had booked a flat in 2012 and paid 25 lack for the same , since builder didn't deliver the flat I cancelled it and builder Mr Hasmuk Patel is not refunding back my hard earned money, all my hard earned money taken by builder , I don't how many more people he has cheated so far.

Read news in paper that fraud case is filed against this builder. Be careful. I was searching for flat online.

I have recently visited Patel group and Company in Kalyan. I went there to buy a 2BHK flat for my brother but Patel group and company has not done a good work there. The Flat conditions and the location of this apartment is not so good they are not well developed flats I don't provide a good condition and good living environment for the customers people cannot get a suitable place to live with. Staff of Patel group and Company is not good with the customers they don't show any involvement in the customers it seems that that they don't have any interest in the customers or in selling the flats. They show rude behaviour with the customers. Which is not a good sign. Apartments are not well maintained. After visiting there I was very annoying and very frustrated with the service. I don't recommend you this product.

I have been closely following the project for 2 years and was initially launched as the biggest project in Kalyan till date. Time passed many new projects were launched after this and many are nearing completion too and there are better options than the Colossus in the market right now. Looking into the delay of the construction and problems with the plans I guess the potential buyer should look into other options rather than wasting his hard earned money into this rabbit hole and expect a fast return or any return at all.

Well patel group and companies are not a good optiin to go with which I will elaborate in my review below

Customer service: - well the customer service cell of the patel groups and co. Is not well maintained they are not qualified as they should be they even take longer time even yo respond to your email which is very annoying and their calls also not get connected whenever it is required besides that there is a lot of disturbance in the background while they are talking

Staff Courtsey: - well I dont know about the staff courtsey in other place I will speak keeping in point the staff courtsey in kalyan their introduce site office

The staff courtsey in kalyan is not good as it is supposed to be especially when it comes to builders which is important and where we use a huge amount of money

Product implementation: - the product implementation of the patel groups and co. Is not at all satisfactory again I am speaking with the point of view of kalyan office

Which I think is not great unfortunately

Rate : - the rate also are higher and as compared and taking into account the above factors I think that you can get a better option

I am writing this review so that anyone going for a booking in Patel group of kalyan should know what kind of developer he is and I also wanted to share my cousins bad experience with this group.

We had booked a flat with this group some 3 and half years back in their pre launch offer, they offer me a reasonable rate and on paper the project looked great. But since the construction has started we are not at all happy with their construction quality.

Their staff is not much well trained and they do not send payment demand letters on time and then charge penalty on late payments. Their project is at a halt since past 2 years due to some approvals and cash crunch issue, I am very much frustated with this developer and the delay he is causing in delivering his project.

Please dont go for booking with this group  even if they offer a reasonable rate.
