High Infrastructure development

The buyers are made to pay hefty Infrastructure development charges despite the very fact that they are already paying huge amounts so as to tactically pay the loan for the high-built up charges. This is not the suited case and must change.

Many of the online portals pertaining to transactions or closure in the real estate we portals is the data that is not updated. This leads to false and misleading information been conveyed to other people. Many times the web admin also restrains from update minute yet crucial pieces of information on the web portal that may be heavily misleading.

The marketing department has no knowledge about the project and when I asked them about the documents; you could see that they have no knowledge about the technical side of property buying, which is shame.

Terrible experience

I had a bad experience with this company because they make you sign unfair deals at the time of possession and if you do not agree, they make your life a living hell and demand 10% extra charges on the flat!
