Don't buy an apartment in Gulmohar City Extension Derabassi, the builder did not provide car parking. Also the construction quality is very poor, check out the roof top and walls, the used cement is of very poor quality.
Very Bad construction quality, only 2 to 4 cars could be parked in every block but the company had promised to provide parking for every apartment, Ask the same question to the Builder, where should the 24 cars be parked per block so, be ready to fight every fine morning with another neighbor. Also, the water leakages in rainy days are common.
Lifts would be hanged if electricity goes, the generator would not start in 10 minutes so, enjoy the Dark and No air when the electricity goes. The lift would not open in any floor if no electricity. You have to make call to the security staff for rescuing you, please keep your mobile phone with you if you are using the lifts, by the only Idea telecom works here and most probably the same network would not work in lift area. Hmm, cheap project, so cheap lift too.
Thief's would cut the door of your apartment and take everything in night, in the presence of security staff. You can’t record your FIR because the company staff has very good reputation with the police. Its common in Gulmohar City Extension Derabassi, just ask to any resident.

Just visit the apartment in evening after 8PM and experience the bad quality of pollution and dangerous DOGs, the security staff at the main gate would welcome all the awara DOGs and would make your evening or morning walking experience Hell.
This is the heaven for thieves. Even the Raglan employees would cut your apartment door in your absence and loot all your home appliances. Even the security staff are the thief here. The loot is common here, just ask to any resident. The loot incidents happen every week and they security staff did not crack the looter yet.
The Builder has shown stilt car parking, but only 2 to 4 cars could be park in side an apartment of 24 homes. Check out the tiles, most of the tiles are broken and insulted. There is crack in every RCC built roof top. The Raglan people(the Builder) are fooling the buying with low cost quote, they are selling a very bad quality built apartment to you.
Hmm, also check out the cleaning of stairs. You would be socked to know that the cleaning staff dont clean the stairs before 5 days passed. The sewerage system had designed like any open canal. The roof rain water goes nowhere but on the main road. The rain water from roof should be going in the closed sewerage.
Poor Elevators: The so called modern elevators are actually very cheap and hung when the electricity cut off. The company people would fool you by promising that the lifts are generator power backed but would stop when the power goes and would not come alive in 10 minutes, You guys would be hanging between two floor without any light and one of the security people would come and rescue you. All your sweet dreams would be vanished once you got stuck in their modern lift. Also, the lift’s failures are a routine affairs. Just ask to any resident and you would know the false promise of the marketing people.
Guys, just talk to any residents of Gulmohar city extension. You would be socked with poor services of raglan management.
