They are not a reliable construction company. Their charges are too high and there are constructions defects. They have also been charged for constructing buildings at illegal land.

The possession of your flat takes forever and their facilities are so bad! They have very less car parking as compared to the members so new members may have to park their cars outside, which is such a pain and scary as well!

There are many builders who advertise very falsely in the newspapers and in reality when the buyers consult more about the project and try to know more about it, it is then when the buyer are informed about the actual costs of the project.
