Panchsheel Builder as group is owned by Anuj Choudhary who is brother of Amit Choudhary, a BJP Influential Person and as a result what you get from these brothers is exploitation to the core. If you ever talk to Anuj, you will realise that you are talking to an absolutely unprofessional person who cares nothing about customers. Can you imagine while you might end up putting your life long saving, the guy will treat you like a milking cow, he will put any charges without any explanation, without any bill and without any payment receipt and when you question, his people will beat you, imagine you distributing sweets after buying the flat and then being welcomed with slaps and punches. The authorities, administration and police does not give any hearing because BJP lead Government works only for the big and influential people. Do not waste your time and energy, invest your money with a good builder, you will at least have peace of mind.

Genuine review: never buy flats here in Panchsheel greens 2.. poor maintenance. Poor network. I’m working from home and here internet service is so poor. They won’t allow good ISP like airtel or Jio to install their internet here.

Park has broken floor and equipment’s. Gym doesn’t have sufficient tools to workout. Even the trainer has raised multiple complaints regarding it but no one do anything about it. Many more to complaint but I know no one would work on it

It's a good society in Noida Extension. Phase 1 of the project is already delivered, and phase 2 is still going on.

Pleas do not buy flat in panchsheel greens 2. Worst high rise society in noida extension. This is genuine review as I am the resident of panchsheel greens 2.

Disadvantage

1. From almost one year, a wall is broken but not repaired. Anyone can enter into the society

2.No maintenance at all only residents pay 3000 for jhaadu poocha

2.Stray dogs , children havee been bitten by them

Flooring of actual flats too pathetic

3.No cameras in lift, they will say we will have it I have been living here for two years but not a camera in the lift.

   No paints in lift gallery and lower ground and iron stairs at all till now. If you see the stairs of society, .it gives you the feeling that of old goverment building.

   Monopoly on Internet providers, builder does not allow good internet providers like Airtel jio etc. If you work on internet from home, forget about it, you cannot do it.

   All the swings and.slides of children park have broken , we residents have made multiple complaint but it is not repaired till date.

   No control of maintenance, people have occupied children playing area with car parking. We have raised multiple time but no action. It seems we live in the society for which we pay 3000 only for jhaadu and poocha.

Panchsheel Greens located in Greater Noida West is not a good society to live in as compared to other societies nearby.

1. 
   You can't talk over the phone in any of the rooms as there is no Network coverage, you may have to go to the balcony to talk otherwise the person on the other end wouldn't be able to listen to you due to network issue.
   



2. 
   The maintenance is not good, there are people who don't pay the maintenance charge on time due to which others have to suffer as the management stops to get the cleaning done and all the floors stink, this had happened twice in last one year.
   



3. 
   Power Back up is only on their brochure its not a real thing atleast in the tower I live, in case of electricity cut it takes ages for them to switch on the genearator and every other day generator has to be repaired.
   



4. 
   I have been living here since last one year as a tenant, the worst thing is that to use the gym, swimming pool and other society services tenant has to pay Rs. 10, 000 for security deposit which they say is refundable and than a quarterly charge of 3500-4000, so in total you have to pay around 14K to avail the benefits which is not the case in other societies as all this is included in maintenance charges.
   

There are some good things about this society like market which is good, you may get your daily use items from shops there, pricing of the flats is good and the security services are also upto mark.

Still I wouldn't recommend this society to buy a flat as there are multiple options available in the area that you can explore.
