I am gonna give few examples why panchsheel builder is one of the not trustable builder in northen India -

We have a flat in panchsheel greens 2, panchsheel builder does not provide maintanance bill to my tenant, nor he send to us. He cut the electricity of flat without even notice. Its maintenance staff start fighthing on asking help regarding maintenance bill. I will give them less than 0 start for customer service, staff courtesy, and product implementation.

Big Fraud Builder. Very very poor quality construction. Staff rude and not professional. Once payment is made staff / chor builder does not listen to your grievances and you are helpless. Do not buy property from this builder.
